"Univision Engineering, a Hong Kong-based designer and installer of CCTV systems, is believed to have received a £19m bid approach from an unnamed US suitor, writes Ben Bland. Market sources said that the company had received a takeover proposal thought to be in the region of 5p a share. Univision closed unchanged at 1.5p, valuing the company at £5.8m."
